Our health and well-being project began in September 2014, during our church service, with our public launch on Saturday 18th April 2015.

This was a community workshop designed to promote well-being within the mind, body and spirit, covering all aspects of well-being which included:

    •    Nutrition

    •    Exercise

    •    Health and Beauty

    •    Manicures

    •    Massage Therapy

Various speakers had the opportunity to share information regarding mental health and well-being.

Our Pastoral Care team have a mixture of professionals with skills ranging from nursing, counselling, first aiders, mental health workers and a complementary massage therapist.

We aim to provide monthly seminars/workshops with information sharing thereby promoting good/holistic

The Team is always on hand to deliver care/support within the pastoral care policy and strategy.  We are a community of carers who are there to minister in times of need.

On Saturday 30th January 2016, Pearsel Family Project was launched and sponsored by New Living Faith Outreach Ministries (NLFOM).

This was a workshop designed to offer support to single and married parents who may experience having issues around networking and finding help during the times of great difficulty.

During this current time when the government are cutting back on the financial aspects and on general day to day issues surrounding families, we are here to offer support and help relieve some of the unnecessary pressures.

As a community church, we believe we should be more pro-active in helping others in need, which can be done by listening to others and offering advice when and where necessary.

The workshop was very well attended and we received positive feedback.  Attendees were in agreement that the project should continue as they found the information both insightful and beneficial.
